Drummer Tetsu Nagasawa was born in Fukushima Prefecture in 1970. Having lived in Tokyo from the 1990s, he moved to Nagasaki Prefecture in 2015. While performing mainly in Kyushu, Nagasawa carries out one or occasionally two concert tours a year in Tokyo. Masatake Abe is an electric bass player who was born in Fukushima Prefecture in 1993 and now resides in Tokyo.
On one of Nagasawa's Tokyo tours, he and Abe collaborated for the first time on April 19, 2023, at Ftarri, Tokyo, playing two duo sets (each about 29 minutes). The two musicians’ distinctively original and appealing expressive styles permeate these incomparable improvisational performances.

Delightful album! The piano skill, with purposely driven restraint has hints of Feldman. One rarely finds such appreciation for the silence between the notes. Richard Erickson
